Hot Here in AZ

I know I promised some pics of the weeds that I killed here in my redneck backyard, but it was too hot to work in my “office” I made here in a back room. It don’t have no air vents and we are in the high 90’s or at 100+ degrees here. I did git myself out there early a couple mornins and took some pics of my yard. Every redneck yard needs a BBQ pitt, and I got mine cleaned out with the help of my youngest boy and took some pics for you.

Well, since saving energy will save money, I made myself a window evap cooler. It costs about $45 (the water pump was $15) instead of $100 or more fer a portable evap cooler or a window air conditioner. Plus both those contraptions use up electricity that is bad for the environment and is gonna cost me money. I need my money so I can go out a danc’n. Beer and my shots of Jack gitts expensive in a bar! It’s been over two months and I’m a needin to let loose some.

I made my redneck cooler here with 2 x 4’s , pvc pipe, chicken wire, cooler tubing, and a 5 gallon bucket. It works good enough that I can work back here. I had an ol box fan so I put it in front of my homemade cooler to suck in the cooled air. I ran the plug from the pump into the house and I plug it in for half a second 2-3 times when the pad gitts dry. I can’t jest let it stayed plugged-in because it starts to leaking in the house and water runs all over outside. It ain’t pretty, but it works. Some call it redneck lookin, some call it ghetto looking, me and JD know it fits in with my redneck yard.

So I need to git a writin. I haven’t forgotten about this here new blog. I’ll be back soon and be givin it the luv and attention it needs!
